What does Jumpple do?

Jumpple is an online web monitoring service. It monitors your website or blog to make sure the site is up and running and that the content is displayed correctly.
Jumpple does not require any installation or special integration. In fact, all you need to do to get started is to provide your website address URL - we do the rest.

Does Jumpple do more than ping my website to see if it is responding?

Jumpple monitors your website and makes sure it is working correctly for your users.
Jumpple checks content and will alert you even in the case where certain elements on your homepage are displayed correctly while others are not. Jumpple also verifies that there are no HTTP errors. This prevents situations where your website might be running, but certain elements are still not right.

How does Jumpple alert me if my website crashed or if another problem is discovered?

You define how you want to be alerted. Jumpple can alert you by sending an email, SMS to your cell phone, or a notification to your Skype or Google Chat account.

What is the Jumpple monitoring service?

The Jumpple monitoring service is a sophisticated uptime check that runs in the background 24/7. It makes sure your website is working as you and your customers expect it to. Jumpple checks that your content is displaying correctly for your users.

Can I set the frequency at which Jumpple checks my website?

Of course. Our plans enable you to define how often Jumpple checks your website.

Can Jumpple monitor additional server types?

You can configure Jumpple to monitor HTTP, FTP, SMTP, SSH and any other specific ports.

What is the Jumpple content and defacing check?

You can define keywords you expect to be present on your homepage. Jumpple will monitor your homepage and make sure that these keywords are always present. If these keywords disappear due to malicious activity or by error, you will be alerted immediately.

What is the Jumpple latency alert check?

Jumpple monitors the time it takes your website to load. If for some reason your website becomes sluggish and slow to respond, Jumpple will alert you immediately.

Can Jumpple monitor a large number of servers?

Yes. If you need to monitor more than 50 servers, please contact us and we will provide you with a special plan. We offer very attractive plans for website owners whose business requires that they monitor a large number of domains.

Can I define different contacts to alert for each website?

Yes. You have the choice of using the same contacts for all your websites or defining specific contacts for each website, as well as indicating how each contact should be alerted (email, SMS, etc.). You can set up your contacts in your account for each website.

I want to monitor multiple websites. Is there any easy way to upload my list of sites?

Yes. Simply use the Import CSV feature from your account page. Upload a CSV file with your website list and start monitoring them all with a few quick clicks.

How do I add more emails for each contact?

Simply add a contact using a different email address.

How can I check the monitoring statistics compiled by Jumpple for my website?

Enter your account and go to the Logs tab. You can view your monitoring statistics for predefined or custom defined periods of time.

What are the Jumpple tools?

The Jumpple tools are common information tools that provide additional details about your website. The tools include:

Who Is: Discover who owns a website or domain name by using our Who Is tool.

Where Is: Discover where a website is geographically located by using our Where Is tool.

Latency: Check how fast it takes your homepage to load.

Plans and terms of service

How do I sign up for a free account?

Enter your website address URL and your email, and we will send your login credentials to your email. We will start monitoring your website immediately.

How do I upgrade my account?

Just go to the Upgrade option from within your account at the top right corner. You can upgrade in just a few clicks.

What is included in the free rider plan?

Monitor 1 website/server (IP) for free (Jumpple checks your website every hour)
Unlimited contacts
Unlimited email, Skype, Google chat alerts

I need to monitor more than 50 domains? Is there a plan for that?

Jumpple can monitor more than 50 domains upon request. Contact us for our special rates for multiple domain owners.

How do I downgrade my account?

If you wish to downgrade your account, please contact us and we will do it for you immediately. You will be billed according to your updated plan from the next billing date.

I need more SMS alerts - how can I get them?

You can purchase more SMS messages for your account by clicking on the relevant button at the top right corner of your account.

How do I cancel my account?

Please contact us and we will close the account for you. You will not be billed after your cancellation date.

What is your refund policy?

Jumpple is a "pay as you go" service billed on a monthly basis. We do not refund portions of a monthly period.

Where can I view and print my invoices?

Just go to your account page and click on the Invoices tab. You can download your invoices at any time.
